Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP

• STORE PICKUPs can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 8AM - 3PM, and are generally ready within three business days of placing your order. An email and/or text message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
• Store pickup location: Laser Focus PDM, 1116 South Salina Street, Syracuse, NY, 13202, United States

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. Once shipped, you can expect your item within 2-5 days. This does not include the initial 1-2 day processing time.

• Please note that Laser Focus PDM is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

• For all orders placed outside the US, packages will be shipped via First Class Mail. This option does not include tracking and generally takes about 14 days to arrive at its destination (sometimes longer). International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

• Laser Focus PDM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like upgraded international shipping that includes tracking, please contact us prior to ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders at this time.
